♥✿~Happy Rabbit Year~✿♥

It's Chinese New Year!! It's finally here, woohoo!!! How wonderful it is to hear the songs of the fire crackers and fire works around your house area once the clock struck 12.00am. Sadly, this year we don't have the chance to actually play the fireworks, maybe because my cousin is not around... nevertheless, we still get to see so many fireworks from our neighbours and from far. We can see a variety of shapes and sizes of the fireworks, the sky turned colourful at night, and we can sense the Chinese New Year is really here!



The funny is that, after 30 minutes of enjoying the fireworks, once we got into the house, here comes the heavy rain... waaahhhhhhhh~~~

So, the rain continued to next morning, obviously first day of Chinese New Year is raining, well, it's normal because you get more rain than sunlight in Kuching, unlike West Malaysia. I got up at 6.30am, to have a nice bath to prepare for the wonderful New Year, wore my new dress that I bought, and for us as FooChow, it is our tradition to eat what we call "Longevity noodles", or called mee suah, in the morning of the first day of CNY as it brings long life and prosperity to us throughout the year. After having our breakfast, the first thing we must do is to attend church for New Year's blessings. The service started at 8.30am, and it was still raining... My goodness...>.<

The lesson for this year preached by the pastor is, do not compare and do not bother about unnecessary things (不比较，不计较). This message was so true and meaningful as it applies to everyone's life in reality, that all of us will actually compare things such as our body figure, family background, education, even our lives to others, and also bother about things which are not important than seeking God in life. I think the message fits the new year well, as it is a lesson that teaches us how to make our lives better by listening to God's words on this issue, even if we are not good in many things, as long as God knows, and He loves us, that is enough.

After the service, of course, we can go bai nian!!! Those food are waiting for us... Opps~ XD But not much visiting this year, only went to few houses that we know, and back at home before noon, plus it was still raining, so as long as I can get to visit, it's enough for me. ^^

终于到了年初三十晚，也就是说，过了今晚的十二点就是年初一了！！！同时，也是代表，今天是吃团圆饭的日子。。。好开心哦！！！

要吃团圆饭，也就是说要帮忙下厨咯。。。两天前，我们已经从餐馆买了几样菜回来，然后我们也准备了几样菜，煮来煮去，其实也算是很多样菜了。。。

我们几个都在厨房里忙，切菜，洗碗，煮东西。。。什么样的都同一个时间做，好忙哦。。。XD

Trip Back to Kuching

Wow! It's so exciting to go back to my hometown again since May last year... but, something's changed, my sister is with us, and my cousin is no longer there, she's at other place... T.T

Nevertheless, my family and I were quite excited to go back, excited until the rain came tumbling down that morning as we took the taxi down to KLIA. It was so cold and cloudy that morning, but luckily we arrived early at the airport, so we got time to have Burger King as our lunch~!! Yum yum!!!

The flight was delayed to around 3pm, as the original time was 2pm due to some technical problem (as usual), and it was still raining heavily as we departed from KLIA. The flight went on smoothly, and we too enjoyed our lunch during the flight... XD

As we reached Kuching International Airport, we nearly lost one of our luggage, we waited for so long for it (luckily is not the important ones... >.<) and finally we got it, phew~~ "Hak sei ngo ar"~~

Then we went home, and was raining as usual, we bathed and went out for dinner, and nearly got ourselves wet because of heavy rain and thunderstorm, haih~ What a rainy day... The next day, we went out for breakfast with my one of my relatives for breakfast, then we enjoyed our lunch too at a restaurant nearby with my aunt and uncle (too bad my dad didn't join us, if not he would have enjoy all these... XP)

We went to look around Kuching too, to enjoy the scenery... A lot of things have changed, since I remembered when I was young...

It's really a big development that Kuching is making, we used to see the trees and some small animals around us, now the buildings start to conquer this town, and we no longer see those greens anymore, how sad it could be, and more cars and traffic jams everyday.. Could it be the next KL?? I hope not... XD

The feeling of coming back this time is different, maybe because my cousin is not around, and my aunt is not cheerful as she was as she misses her daughter, and the familiarity of this place seems more like a stranger to me, I just dunno why... but I'm always happy that I came back.

The end of my 21st year...

Looking at the clock on the wall, I thought I was still in the year of 2010, which means... my mind is still wandering around that year... I can't even imagine how fast that the time can be, my mind is still thinking back of what presents I'd got for last birthday, what had happened last year, many things, many adventures and journey's I've been through, yet I'm still feel that I'm not mature and ready for the world yet.

Moments later, I will turn into another age, another life is waiting for me, is expecting me to step out my foot onto it. Am I getting old? Am I ready for the new challenge that God has prepared for me? Am I ready to step into the reality to fight for survival? I keep thinking and wondering, what would be my life be in this new age of mine.



I can't stop the clock from ticking, although I really want to... (>.<) Can I have more time on my 21st year again? Sometimes I wish that I could have change things that I've made in that year, the wrongs and sins of mine, made me hard to let it go, but God is always there for me, trying to tell me let go of it, so that I can move forward, to be with Him too, as He promised me that He will guide and love me.

I really want to thank my family and my friends for accompanying me to get through my 21st year, and I love you all very much!!! Always do, and forever, like the way I love God. ^^

Boring and Sleepy...

It's the second day I've been in Kampar. Well, it's because I have my camp that needs to attend. The camp is nice, but the second day seems to be a little bit boring...

Here in Kampar, seems nothing much for me to do, I felt so boring and motionless to do anything else other than a good rest and a good night sleep. What else more do I need these few days?? It's quite tiring actually, although is quite good attending the camp.

This morning, I nearly failed to wake myself up, it was a cold and freezing night here, and my blanket is so thin!! I slept late last night, as I chat with my best friend before we slept. As I woke up, I got headache, and the head just felt so heavy and dizzy, is it because of lack of sleeping hours?? I was so boring, that I went out last night for dinner with friends and went to cybercafe to spend my boring time there, of course, I played SDO... XD

I need to sleep for now, and yes, sleep is the most important thing, as for the time being... ^^

Results is out!!!

Results is finally out!!! I was trembling, nervous, anxious, distracted...? My goodness, why today??? I thought it was just a rumour???

Anyway, I was not really tense about it, as I kinda released it as I went for badminton with Rach babez, Wendy gal and Ms. Weng Siu for badminton this morning. Nice way of releasing stress huh? Maybe you guys should try that too.

I got back home, after my lunch at the Stadium stalls there, I got a miss call, from my BFF (it means Best friend forever, in case you guys dunno the term..) and she told me the results is out!! Oh my goodness!! I quickly logged into my intranet, and click on the examination link... slowly... slowly I scrolled down.......... *Tink!* I passed!!!!! Phew~~~ It was a shock man! I thought I will do badly in that paper, but it seems it is better than I've expected. Thanks God for it, and the prayer that I've made.

All my friends got quite good results too, but not for some as maybe they kinda expected higher grades it seems? Anyway, good job Vicky!!! Although my CGPA remains the same... haih... Well, at least I didn't fail it right??

Outing with Housemates and ex-chairman~

It's Friday, and guess what, I'm finally get to go out my beloved housemates and my ex-chairman, Ms. Ng Choon Weng a.k.a Weng Siu a.k.a Ms Chicken Weng etc. (Can't mention all.. too many... XD).

We went out quite late, during lunch time. We went to K Box to sing k!!! Woohoo!!! Let's release stress and tension!!!

We sang for almost 3 hours there, it felt sooooo gooodddd~!!! Later then, we went over to De Garden, which is a quite high-class place to have our lunch and tea time. Well, the design of the place is quite nice, but the choices of restaurants there are quite limited, and it's not cheap.

Well, we managed to find one (I can't remember the name of the restaurant...), to have our lunch there. The food there is quite ordinary, but the dessert is nice. *Yummieee...*


What a great day we had, with a bit of prank on Yik Kuan dear... (Sorry dear, we didn't mean to... *innocent eyes** XD)

Breakfast with Family

It's been a while since we as a family had breakfast together, but yet still feel refreshing, as every time we have breakfast together, each breakfast will have different feelings with it. How cool is that... XD

Every morning, we got up at around 7a.m. to get some exercise, to go for jogging. How hardworking am I to wake up so early, well, in order to diet, plus I have nothing to do at home, so why not?? >.<

After our exercise, we bathed and we went out to Jusco!! Guess what, my dad took us to Coffee Bean for breakfast, how nice my dad is... Love you, daddy!!! ♥♥♥

I had "Eggs Ben" for breakfast, which is a burger-liked bread, on top of it has a 2 slices of ham with a 7/10 soft-boiled egg, saute with their special sauce, garnish with some salad, drizzled with their sweet specialty sauce over it, served with a cup of either tea or coffee, for me, tea it is!! (I can refill it too, but the cup seems so big, hard for me to finish it... XD)



Yummmmmmmiieeeeee~~~!!!♥♥♥ The breakfast tasted great, and the tea is so fragrant that the aroma of it still inside in my mouth... I'm in Heaven!!♥♥

A New Beginning -- 2011~

It's a new year, 2011 is finally here!!! Woohoo!! Let us celebrate and welcome this new year. Shall I make any plans for it? Shall I think what should I do for this new year? Any wishes for this new year?? Any hopes for this new year??

Frankly speaking, I'm still stuck in the mind of 2010, it just happens too fast, and "pop!!", 2011 is here, it felt just like yesterday we just celebrated 2010 new year, and now, another year gone, how fast could it be for us to realise that, while our minds are always wandering around that year, until we realise it, it's already passed...

It's a whole new beginning, a whole new year full of challenges, expectations and excitement for us to explore further. I believe that, plans for this whole new year are good, but God has already made plans for us for this new journey, of what should we do, what challenge should we face this year, so that we can continue learning and growing, and building our faith to God, isn't it so...?


I'm sure many of us are eager to start a new life in 2011, to do what they can't do last year, but also many are still in doubt whether they can face this new journey on their own. Though, no worries, there are still friends, families and God to help and guide us, right?? So have faith and confident peeps!!!

Goodbye 2010......

It's the end of a year; it's the end of a journey; it's the end of a chapter; it's the end of a movement; it's the end of year 2010, the year of Tiger...

Recalling back of what happened in year 2010, it had been a wonderful year, yet it had pain, suffer, anger, troubles and problems we faced during that year. But still, it had been a challenging year, a marvellous year that taught us numbers of things that we couldn't expect.

There were so many things happening in 2010, from the 1st month till the end, things that involved studies, friendship, love, trust, activities, societies, communication with people around us, family, and with God. It's really a year that God was testing my patience and faith in Him, and how the world really confused me with a lot of things, temptation, financial crisis, studies and the love among people. I'm glad that I went through all those, as it really gave me an eye-opener, as anything can happen to us, no matter where we are, but remember one thing, no matter what happens, God is always with us. It doesn't matter if the world changes, the love, the bond between us and God will never change, that's the guarantee, that's the promise to us.

Thank you, my Lord for giving me such a wonderful year, thank you for giving me the strength and the patience to go through this journey. Thank you for always been there for me. Thank you Lord for everything that You have given to me.

Another year passed, as it is almost end of the year 2010, many things had happened, but we all grow up and learn how to handle things in life, so that we can live better, and be better with the presence of the Holy Spirit in us.

Christmas, is a day where everyone get together to praise Lord Jesus Christ, and have dinner together. For this year, my Christmas dinner would be a little different, we are having Dominos Pizza!!! Woohoo!! Yummilicous~~!! Finally I get to eat this since the last time I had it.. XD


My Christmas tree looks gorgeous as usual, well, of course, I decorated it... with the presents around it... >.<

*Oo✿ CC's Christmas Celebration ✿oO*

It's finally here!!! The Christmas Celebration held by CGBC Campus Connect (Short form CC) in Kampar, I was so exciting and looking forward to it since final exam. Opps~ XD

Well, on that day, Yik Kuan and I had to come back all the way from Ipoh to Kampar, just to come to celebrate Christmas with my friends in Christ here. We left around 6.45pm from Ipoh, arrived at around 7.35pm. Phew~ What a long journey (Actually it just needs 45 mins drive XD)!

As we entered to CC, the ushers were passing out presents to us, whoa... I was like.."Yeah! I got another extra present!!!" First, as usual, we praised the Lord by worshipping, the songs we sang were mainly Christmas songs, we sang with our feelings and heart, to worship Jesus's birth into this world... Hallelujah~!

After the worship, we had a sketch, which the main character is Irena, who acted as a girl who has no purpose of life and being tempted by education, money, love and others, and also how Jesus came to change her life, free of charge. It was a good sketch, to actually show us how the things in this world are not as great as the love of Jesus for us, and it's FREE!!!

The mime was also presented on that day, and it was AWESOME!!! I never seen such performance in Church before, and it was very meaningful based on how they acted it, with their movements were full of feelings. Great job guys!!!

Our beloved songbird, Ms. Shirley went on stage to sing us a song too! Oh, how wonderful her voice is, that she sang the words and praises to the Lord, soothe our hearts and make us feel blessed... Love you, Shirley!♥♥

The speaker for the day was Brother Jeseph, bringing his wife and cute daughter to pass on the message of Christmas to us. The message is so true, is so real that we sometimes may ignore it, may even forget it. He said, Christmas is not about Christmas tree, is not about presents, is not about an ugly fat man in a red suit (this is what he commented on the Santa Claus >.<), is not about decorations and songs all around the shopping malls and televisions, is all about JESUS CHRIST!!!

Jesus was born to heal us, to help us, to forgive our SINS that we've all committed 2000 years ago until now, He still forgives us, how wonderful our God is, but He seems to be forgotten by this world of His existance, of the real purpose of Christmas. Christmas is being commercialised, is being spread around just for entertainment, just for our self-desire, but not for the sake of Jesus. It is so real, that indeed, the truth is the world is starting to forget about why Jesus came into our world, came into our lives for......

His message to us, touched my heart at the very moment, telling me how important our Lord Jesus Christ is to us, to everyone in this world, He forgives us by being crucified on the cross, yet we still forget about Him. That time, I realised that, how cruel the world is, how cruel we all are to Him... Our God is so wonderful, He has done many things for us, He always hear our deepest thoughts and secrets hidden in our hearts, being by our sides when we feel alone and alienated, He cries with us, laughs with us, having fun with us, praise God that He sends His one and only son to us, Jesus Christ!!!

I am so glad and thankful that I did came to this celebration here. It gave me a wonderful and important message to me of what real Christmas is all about, and how important I am, and all the people around me to God, and He always tells us, we are not alone, remember that...
